At Addison Coffee Roasters, It's All About the Bean. We were among the first in the region to see the value of a freshly roasted bean, and we are still deeply committed to freshness and quality. We have been roasting the Dallas area's finest coffees since 1984 when, as The Coffee & Tea Trading Co., we set up our first roaster in the window of our store in the old Prestonwood Mall. We carry coffees from all over the world, including single-origin, blended, Fair Trade, organically grown, and flavored beans. Every coffee we sell is small-batch roasted for flavor that is explosive and complex, nothing like the cardboard that is so often sold as "specialty" or "gourmet." Addison Coffee Roasters is proud to offer our coffees through several area specialty stores and espresso bars.
